Nisky Center

Nisky Center is located to the northeast of Krum Bay on St. Thomas. Archaeological research has proven that the earliest occupants of this region, marine hunter-gatherers, were potentially present as far back as 1000 BC. In the early 18th century the Moravian Church established itself on the island of St. Thomas with the mission to educate enslaved people throughout the region. The physical Moravian Church, built-in 1771, still stands on Nisky (originally Niesky Estate) land today. Nisky Center, as it is currently known, came into being in 1984 when the Church allowed leasing of the land. It has since changed hands and expanded its territory, all the while observing its rich history and continuing to grow with the additions of eclectic businesses and updated office spaces.

The commercial center has a diverse tenant mix that directly focuses on meeting the everyday needs of the community to include personal services, eyewear, insurance, government services, and eateries. In March 2019, B&W Realty sold the property to St Thomas Properties, LLC (STP).

Vitraco Mall was built in 1956 by Estate Thomas Mall, Inc.  It is located in Long Bay, just outside of the town proper of Charlotte Amalie.  It consists of four buildings.  In 1992, B & W Realty purchased the mall and managed it until 2019 when St. Thomas Properties, LLC purchased it.
